Return Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your shipment (including gifts) from Texas Children’s Toys, you may return any item in its original condition and receive a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded).
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted. Only items purchased from Texas Children’s Toys may be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within seven to 10 business days of your return. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returning gifts
If you are returning a gift order, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used for purchases at Texas Children’s Toys. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped.
Packing and sending your return
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the receipt and wrap the package securely. Please specify the address to which to send the refund or gift certificate, if it is different from the original delivery address. For your protection, we recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
If you do not have a receipt, please indicate on a separate piece of paper the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return. Send the insured package to the following address:
